2019 in Review
“Gratitude can transform common days into Thankgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.”
And blessed we are to have our jobs turn to joy, capturing every merry moment for our couples in 2019.
It was a crazy year. We had a great start and we decided to make the leap to have a studio to call our own, The White Space. We were overwhelmed by the support from our couples and fellow vendors who came and visited our space and used them for their own shoots. The space gave us to chance to have more gatherings and parties so that we could meet more new people and make new friends!
And we had a new member, Qi Hui, who joined us as a photographer because she’s so happy at weddings as well, just like us. It’s never easy to find someone who loves weddings like us and we’re so grateful we found her.
Always looking to be inspired and to learn more, we joined Limitless this year and were blown away by all that was shared by the instructors, the organizers and the participants as well. It was an enriching and relaxing few days in Bali indeed.
Then the year ended with Leon’s mother’s passing. We’re so grateful to all the couples and friends who offered their condolences and help and those who dropped by the wake to offer their respects. It was a difficult time for us indeed but we’re grateful that she can finally rest in peace after months of suffering.
But all that made us treasure our jobs more. It drove home the importance of creating everlasting photos and videos as memories for our couples to hold on to. So with all that, we’re 1001% ready to meet 2020 head-on!
